One person, working on one site at a time
Miloliu is the trading name of Miloshko Liubov, who works alone from Cumnock in East Ayrshire. There is no agency behind this, no team to be handed between and nobody else answering the email.
What the work actually is
A WordPress site is not a thing you finish. Its software updates every few weeks, its plugins age, its backups are worth exactly nothing until somebody has restored one, and the day it stops answering is usually the day nobody is looking at it. That is the work: the dull, regular, unglamorous half of owning a website.
So the offer is narrow on purpose. One WordPress site to a plan. Backups, updates, watching that it is up, and - on two of the three plans - a monthly allowance of my time for the small changes that keep a site current. At the end of each month, a written record of everything that was done.
I do not take on marketing, advertising or search engine work, I do not write your copy or take your photographs, and I do not promise round-the-clock cover I could not staff. Where a job is bigger than a plan - a redesign, a move to new hosting, a shop - it is quoted on its own, and you are free to take that quote elsewhere.
How I work
Four things I will not trade away
They are the reasons a small business can hand over the keys to its website and still sleep.
The site stays yours
Your hosting, your domain, your logins, your licences, in your own name. I work on your site with access you give me and can take back. Nothing is held hostage and there is nothing to migrate away from if you leave.
Risky work happens on a copy
Major updates and anything structural are tried on a copy of the site before they touch the live one. When something cannot be tried safely, I say so and ask first.
You are told what was held back
An update that needs a lapsed licence, or that changes how a page looks, waits for you rather than being pushed through quietly. The record says what waited and why.
Nothing is padded
Work is timed as it is done and the minutes go in the record. If a month goes past the included time I tell you at the point it happens, not in an invoice afterwards.
What this site does not say
There are no customer quotes on these pages, no logos of businesses I am supposed to have worked with, no count of sites looked after and no badges. Miloliu is new, and a new business that decorates itself with other people’s trust is telling you something about itself in the first five seconds.
What is here instead is the thing you would actually be buying: the plans in full, the prices to the pound, what comes out of the included time and what does not, and the record you would get at the end of a month. Judge it on that, and on the first reply you get from me.
