Miloliu terms

Terms of service

What you are agreeing to when you take a WordPress care plan from me, written so you can tell before you buy what is included, what is not, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

Who you are dealing with

Miloshko Liubov trading as Miloliu

83 Car Rd, Cumnock KA18 1HL

liu@miloliu.site

Miloliu is a trading name used by one person rather than a company. Emails are answered on working days, and the address above is a home rather than an office to call at.

Last gone over on 17 September 2026.The wording that applies to an order is the wording published on the day it was placed.

How to read this page

  • Applies to youTrue for anybody reading this site.
  • Applies once a plan is runningStarts to matter when a care plan of yours is under way.
  • Does not apply to youKept on the page, with a line saying why it is not your situation. Leaving it out would only make it look as though the question had not been asked.

Who you are dealing with

Applies to you

This site belongs to Miloshko Liubov trading as Miloliu. It is one person trading under a business name, not a company: there is no company number, no registered office and no other director or employee behind the emails. Letters and legal notices reach me at 83 Car Rd, Cumnock KA18 1HL, and everything else is best sent to liu@miloliu.site.

Everything is agreed in writing, so that what was asked for and what was promised can both be read back later.

What is sold here

Applies to you

One thing: monthly care of a single WordPress site that you own. Three plans, which are alternatives to one another rather than steps that stack:

  • WordPress Essential, £95 a month. Daily backups, scheduled updates to WordPress, plugins and themes, uptime monitoring and a written record of the month. None included of minor changes to your pages. First reply from me within two working days.
  • WordPress Content Care, £225 a month. Daily backups, scheduled updates to WordPress, plugins and themes, uptime monitoring and a written record of the month. Up to 2 hours a month of minor changes to your pages. First reply from me within one working day.
  • WordPress Business Care, £390 a month. Daily backups, scheduled updates to WordPress, plugins and themes, uptime monitoring and a written record of the month. Up to 5 hours a month of minor changes to your pages. First reply from me within one working day.

Nothing on this site is a file you download, a licence you buy or a physical item. What you are buying is my time and attention, applied every month to a site that stays entirely yours.

Work outside that - a redesign, a move to different hosting, a shop, a booking system, plugins built specially for you, writing your copy, advertising or search engine work - is not part of a plan. It can be quoted separately, and you are free to have it done elsewhere.

How an agreement is made

Applies to you

You send a request, from the contact page or by email. Nothing on this site is a contract at that point: a request is an enquiry, and it binds neither of us.

I reply with the plan I think fits, what it covers, the monthly figure and the day the first month would begin. The agreement is made when you accept that in writing and I confirm it. If what you need does not fit any of the three plans, I say so rather than selling you the nearest one.

The month begins on the day I have working administrator access to the site and, where updates depend on it, to the hosting. Before touching anything I take a full backup.

The price, and what it includes

Applies to you

Prices are in pounds sterling and are published in full on the care plans page: £95 a month, £225 a month, £390 a month. The figure you agree is the whole amount due for that month. Nothing is added to it afterwards.

My tax status is not settled yet. This site therefore states nothing about tax, shows no registration number and makes no claim that any figure includes or excludes it. If registration ever changes what you are charged, you will be told in writing before the month it applies to, and you will be free to end the plan instead.

Hosting, your domain name and any paid plugin or theme licences are yours: they are bought in your name, paid to whoever provides them, and are not part of any figure on this site.

If I change what a plan costs, I will tell you at least one calendar month before the first month at the new price, and you can end the plan before it starts rather than pay it.

Paying

Applies to you

A plan is invoiced monthly, in pounds sterling, for the month ahead. The invoice is due within 14 days of the date on it.

Card payment is not connected to this site. There is no pay button on any page here and nothing on this site takes money: the first month is arranged by email and the invoice sets out how to pay. When card payment is connected, card details will be handled by the payment provider on their own pages, and I will neither see nor hold your card number.

Nothing is taken from you automatically. A recurring payment is only ever set up if you choose one and agree its terms, and it can be stopped by you at any time.

If an invoice is more than 14 days late I will write and ask about it. If it stays unpaid I may pause the plan, and I will tell you before I do; backups and monitoring stop while a plan is paused, and pausing does not by itself end the agreement.

What a month gives you, and what it does not

Applies once a plan is running

These are the working rules of a plan that is already running.

Each month carries the care described on your plan and, on the two plans that include it, an allowance of my time for minor changes. That allowance is monthly: whatever is left of it when the month ends, ends with the month. It is not carried forward and it is not refunded.

If a request would take more than the time left, I tell you before starting and we agree what to do: leave it until next month, or agree a figure for the extra time.

A response time is the first reply from me, not the moment the work is finished. One working day means you hear back from a person within one working day with what I have understood and when it will be done. Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays in Scotland.

No plan includes cover overnight, at weekends or on bank holidays, and none of them is a guarantee that your site will never go down. Hosting, your visitors’ connections and other people’s software are not in my hands.

What I need from you

Applies once a plan is running

Without these the work cannot be done, and a month can pass with nothing to show.

  • Administrator access to the WordPress site, and to the hosting where updates depend on it.
  • One person who can say yes to a change, so work does not wait on a decision nobody is able to make.
  • Paid plugin and theme licences kept live in your name. Their updates cannot be applied without them.
  • The material for any change you ask for: the text, the pictures, the documents. Laying them out is included; writing or photographing them is not.
  • Reasonable notice if somebody else is also working on the site, so two sets of changes do not land on top of each other.

If access is withdrawn or the site is moved without telling me, the plan cannot be carried out. I will write and ask before treating that as the end of it.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Applies to you

Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you. If you are dealing with me as a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that a service must be carried out with reasonable care and skill (section 49) and, where no time has been fixed, within a reasonable time (section 52).

If it is not, the Act gives you the right to ask for the service to be done again (section 55) and, where that is impossible or takes too long, to a reduction of the price (section 56). Section 57 stops me from excluding or restricting those rights, and I do not try to.

How to raise it, and what happens next, is on the cancellation and refunds page.

Who owns what

Applies to you

Your site stays yours throughout: the domain, the hosting account, the content, the images, the database and the logins are all in your name, and I hold access only for as long as you give it to me.

Anything I write for your site as part of a plan - a template change, a snippet of styling, a small piece of code - is yours to keep and to use without further permission from me, including after the plan ends.

Third-party plugins, themes and fonts stay under their own licences, which are between you and whoever wrote them. I do not sell them on and I cannot grant rights over them.

The records of work I keep for your site are yours to have a copy of, at any time and after the plan ends.

Where my responsibility begins and ends

Applies to you

I do not exclude or limit my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Section 65 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 forbids the first of those, and nothing here tries to.

Beyond that, what I am responsible for is the work I do: doing it with reasonable care and skill, and putting it right if I have not. I am not responsible for failures of your hosting, for outages at services I do not control, for changes made to the site by you or anybody else, for software whose author abandons or breaks it, or for a licence that lapsed and could not be renewed by me.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to the total of the plan fees you have paid me in the twelve months before the problem arose. This paragraph does not apply to the exceptions in the first paragraph above.

Ending it

Applies once a plan is running

A plan is a monthly arrangement, so ending it is a question that only arises once one is running.

A plan runs one month at a time and there is no minimum term. Either of us can end it by email before the next month begins. I will not ask you why.

If you end it during a month you have already paid for, the plan runs to the end of that month and the care continues throughout it; that month is not split into parts. Your rights during the first fourteen days of a new agreement are different and are set out on the cancellation and refunds page.

If I end it, I will give you at least one calendar month’s notice, and anything you have paid for a month that has not begun comes back to you.

When a plan ends I send the final record, remove my access, and delete the backups I hold of your site after 30 days. The site, its hosting and its logins were yours the whole time and stay that way.

If something goes wrong

Applies to you

Write to liu@miloliu.site and say what happened and when. I will reply within five working days, and tell you either what I am doing about it or what I need from you to look into it.

If we cannot agree, you are free to take independent advice from a consumer advice service before taking it further. Nothing in these terms stops you from going to court.

Changes to these terms

Applies to you

The version that applies to your plan is the one published on this site on the day your agreement was made, or the day a change to it was agreed. A copy can be sent to you by email whenever you want one.

If I change these terms for the months ahead, plan customers are told by email at least one calendar month before the change takes effect, and you can end the plan rather than accept it.

The law that applies

Applies to you

I live and trade in Scotland, and these terms are governed by Scots law. The courts of Scotland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

That choice does not take away the protection of the law where you live. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, apply throughout the United Kingdom and are unaffected by this page.
