Miloliu terms
Delivery and service terms
Nothing here is posted, shipped or downloaded. What is delivered is work done to your own website, and a written record of it at the end of each month. This page says when, how, and what happens when something is late.
Who you are dealing with
Miloshko Liubov trading as Miloliu

Miloliu is a trading name used by one person rather than a company. Emails are answered on working days, and the address above is a home rather than an office to call at.
How to read this page
- Applies to youTrue for anybody reading this site.
- Applies once a plan is runningStarts to matter when a care plan of yours is under way.
- Does not apply to youKept on the page, with a line saying why it is not your situation. Leaving it out would only make it look as though the question had not been asked.
What is delivered, and how
Applies to youA care plan is delivered as work on your own WordPress site, using access you give me, plus a written record sent to you by email at the end of each month.
Nothing is sent to you physically and nothing has to be installed by you. There is no portal to log into: the record arrives as an ordinary email that you can keep, forward or print.
Delivery by post or courier
Does not apply to youNothing sold here is a physical thing, so there is nothing to ship.
There are no delivery charges on this site, no delivery addresses to give, no postage options and no tracking numbers, because nothing is ever put in a box. If a page anywhere else on this site ever seems to promise a parcel, it is wrong and this page is right.
Files supplied for you to download
Does not apply to youNothing here is a file you buy and download; every plan is work done to a site you already own.
There is no download area, no licence key and no file that arrives the moment you pay. That distinction matters for your cancellation rights: the rules about digital content that is supplied immediately do not touch a service like this one, and the fourteen-day right to cancel a service applies in full. It is set out on the cancellation and refunds page.
When the month starts, and what a month means
Applies once a plan is runningThis is the rhythm a plan runs to once one has been agreed.
Your month begins on the day I have working administrator access to the site and, where updates depend on it, to the hosting. The first thing done on that day is a full backup, before anything is changed.
Every month after that runs from the same date. Backups run daily. Updates are applied on a schedule and the site is looked over afterwards. Uptime monitoring runs continuously and tells me when the site stops answering. The record of it all reaches you within three working days of the month ending.
Response times, and what they are not
Applies to youEvery plan has a response time: WordPress Essential within two working days; WordPress Content Care within one working day; WordPress Business Care within one working day.
That is the time within which you hear back from me: a reply from a person saying that I have read what you sent, what I understand it to be, and when it will be done. It is not a promise that the work itself is finished by then, and no plan on this site claims that.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays in Scotland. A request that arrives on a Saturday is answered as though it arrived on the Monday.
How long the work itself takes
Applies once a plan is runningThese are the working commitments on a plan that is running.
- A text change, or a picture swapped. Normally the same working day it is agreed, and at the latest the next one.
- A page built from material you supply. Within five working days of the material being complete in my hands.
- Updates that need testing first. Tried on a copy of the site, then applied at a quiet hour, normally within the same week.
- Anything bigger than the plan. Not started at all until a separate figure has been agreed in writing.
If something will take longer than this, you are told when it is agreed rather than when it is late.
What can hold things up
Applies to youThe usual causes are simple, and none of them is a secret: material that has not arrived yet, a decision I am waiting on, a paid licence that has lapsed so an update cannot be applied, or a hosting failure at your provider that has to be fixed before anything else can be.
When one of these is in the way I tell you which one it is, and it goes in the month’s record along with everything else.
Access and passwords
Applies once a plan is runningThis is how access is handed over and handed back once a plan is under way.
I ask for an administrator account of my own rather than your personal login, so that what I did and what you did can be told apart, and so that removing my access is one click for you.
Please do not send passwords in an ordinary email. A shared entry in a password manager, or a one-time link, is safer and takes no longer. I keep credentials in a password manager, use two-factor authentication where the site offers it, and delete access within 30 days of a plan ending or sooner if you ask.
If something does not arrive
Applies to youIf the record has not reached you within three working days of your month ending, or a reply has not arrived inside your plan’s response time, look in your spam folder first and then write to liu@miloliu.site. Email goes astray, and a record can be sent again at once.
If the site itself is down, say so in the subject line and I will look at it as soon as I read it, whatever your plan says: response times are a promise about the worst case, not a queue I refuse to jump.
Paying, and the currency
Applies to youPlans are £95 a month, £225 a month, £390 a month, in pounds sterling. The figure agreed is the whole amount due for the month, and the total is in front of you before you agree to anything.
Card payment is not connected to this site yet. There is no pay button here and no page on this site takes money: the first month is arranged by email and the invoice sets out how to pay it. When card payment is added, the card details will be handled by the payment provider on their own pages, and the card number will not be seen or kept by me.
Tax status is not settled yet, so no figure on this site is described as including or excluding tax and no registration number is shown. What is published is the amount you would be asked to pay.
Stopping
Applies once a plan is runningWhat happens to the delivery of the work when a plan comes to an end.
When a plan ends, the backups and monitoring stop with it: from that date nobody is watching the site unless somebody else has taken it on. I send the final record, remove my access, and delete the backups I hold after 30 days.
Your rights to cancel a new agreement within fourteen days, and what happens to money already paid, are on the cancellation and refunds page.
