Three things are worth telling me: where the site lives, what is going wrong or being neglected, and how much looking after you want. The rest we can sort out between us.

How much looking after do you want? Three alternatives for one site. Pick the nearest; it can change before anything is agreed. WordPress Essential — £95 a month None included of minor changes, first reply within two working days. What is going wrong, or what needs looking after Slow pages, updates nobody dares press, a form that stopped arriving, or simply nobody minding it.

Who looks after it now, and what access exists Optional. Who hosts it, whether there is an administrator login, whether anybody else is working on it.

Anything else Optional. A date something has to be ready by, a plugin licence that is about to lapse, a change you already know you want.

That address is for letters and legal notices; it is a home rather than an office to visit. Everything is done in writing, so that what was agreed can be read back later.

When you will hear back

An enquiry that has not become a plan yet is answered within two working days. Once a plan is running, the reply time on your plan applies and it is the first reply from me, not the moment the work is finished.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays in Scotland.

What happens to what you type

The form runs entirely in your own browser. It writes your request out and hands it to your email program, so nothing is submitted to this website and nothing is stored on your device by it. Pressing send in your email program is what actually delivers it, and until you do, it has not left your computer.
